Work Environment\n

This position allows for a hybrid work setting, primarily remote, but may occasionally require in-person work at our outpatient office in Lakewood, NJ. Our team operates Monday through Friday, focusing solely on daytime hours to ensure work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the needs of children and their families.

• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) to support children's growth and development.

• Monitor progress and outcomes as a proactive member of the multidisciplinary team.

• Provide ongoing support and resources to families to enhance their child's developmental skills in a nurturing environment.

• Ensure compliance with all federal and state guidelines governing mental health services.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to create joint family plans and recommend strategies tailored to individual needs.

• Employ the coaching model and natural environment teaching techniques to promote learning and engagement.

• Maintain health and safety standards for all clients and team members, ensuring a secure environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on young children, especially those with disabilities or developmental delays, as well as their families. As an LCSW, you will need to build rapport with these families, fostering a trusting relationship that encourages communication and collaboration. Your contributions will directly impact the support these families receive, aiding in the overall success of integrated development during crucial early years.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
