Key Responsibilities\n

• Build and maintain a positive and trusting rapport with patients, facilitating an open channel for effective communication.

• Accurately diagnose a range of mental health disorders through comprehensive assessments and discussions with clients.

• Conduct regular counseling sessions to provide ongoing support, therapeutic interventions, and necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• A current and valid LICSW license is mandatory for this position.

• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, email, and other digital communication platforms is a must.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
