Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Implement appropriate therapeutic interventions to guide clients through their recovery journey, offering a compassionate approach that instills hope and resilience.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to deliver holistic care tailored to each client's needs.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to enhance the quality of care, sharing insights and learning from each other’s experiences.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD $100,000 to $125,000 annually, reflective of your experience and expertise.
