Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs to formulate personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with complex trauma, anxiety disorders, and depressive disorders, as well as grief and loss situations stemming from hospice care relationships. This position requires a sensitivity to the unique challenges faced by each client, allowing you to tailor your approach and therapy to their specific contexts and backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license is necessary to practice in Washington State.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working with diverse populations in a mental health setting is mandatory.
