Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, providing flexibility while maintaining a structured work schedule of Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. As an integral part of our community health clinic, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, including psychologists, nurses, and case managers, using innovative tools and methodologies to enhance patient care. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patients' mental health needs accurately.

• Developing individualized treatment plans utilizing solution-focused therapy techniques that address specific patient goals and challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and active LICSW license in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
