Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual comprehensive psychosocial assessments to thoroughly evaluate each client’s strengths, needs, and challenges.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services, tailored to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing techniques grounded in current best practices.

• Work in coordination with healthcare providers, social services, and community resources to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.

• Advocate vigorously for clients’ rights and enhance their access to community resources and services that support their mental health and overall wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will predominantly involve a diverse clientele seeking support for a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, reflecting a strong foundation in clinical practice.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
