Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments and evaluations to identify and comprehensively understand clients' mental health needs, preferences, and challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, incorporating evidence-based practices that align with their specific goals for therapy.

• Lead engaging individual and group therapy sessions, providing a safe space for expression, healing, and skill-building.

• Actively collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate holistic care and ensure optimal client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely client records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards to facilitate continuity of care.

• Stay updated on the latest developments, methodologies, and best practices in the field of mental health counseling through ongoing education and training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will primarily support individuals experiencing substance use disorders, mental health crises, and co-occurring disorders in a detox setting. Your understanding of the complexities these clients face will be essential as you offer compassion and therapeutic strategies tailored to their individual experiences. Your expertise will contribute to a supportive recovery environment, enhancing their overall treatment journey.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid and current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
