Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for new clients and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual needs and recognized best practices.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting them to effectively address the unique circumstances of each client.

• Maintain complete, accurate, and compliant clinical records according to HIPAA regulations to ensure the highest quality of care and patient confidentiality.

• Foster collaboration with fellow professionals, including psychiatrists and other mental health experts, to provide comprehensive care aligned with our clients' goals.

• Participate in ongoing case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously enhance the standard of care offered within our clinic.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
