Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to inform the development of personalized treatment plans and discharge strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes that comply with department policies and confidentiality standards.

• Engage collaboratively with the healthcare team, including physicians and other mental health professionals, to discuss client progress, needs, and any concerns that arise during treatment.

• Provide clients with education on mental health disorders, effective coping mechanisms, and self-care techniques to promote autonomy and understanding in their treatment journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with clients experiencing a broad range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and other conditions that require individualized therapeutic approaches. You will be instrumental in creating a safe and welcoming space where clients feel supported and understood as they navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or an equivalent qualification.

• A minimum of three years of experience in an outpatient mental health setting is essential to successfully meet the demands of this role.

• Proficiency in electronic medical records, along with strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, email communication, and general computer literacy.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage workload with self-direction, and exhibit strong organizational skills.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum required experience is three years in an outpatient setting, candidates with additional training in specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), will be highly regarded. Furthermore, experience with telehealth platforms and a passion for utilizing technology to enhance treatment delivery will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
