Key Responsibilities\n

As an LICSW, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients’ needs and formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Administering evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities suitable for your clients.

• Maintaining complete and up-to-date clinical documentation in line with HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality and compliance.

• Coordinating care by collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other essential members of the treatment team to optimize patient outcomes.

• Engaging in case consultations and peer review sessions to continually improve the standards of care provided.

• Educating clients and their families about mental health topics, treatment options, and community resources available to them.

• Staying abreast of emerging trends and research in mental health to incorporate the latest effective practices into your work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a variety of patients, including adults and families, who present a range of mental health diagnoses and concerns. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
