Work Environment\n

This role is completely virtual, providing you with the freedom to work from anywhere while engaging with clients through a secured electronic health record (EHR) system. Our administrative team handles new client marketing, insurance verification, credentialing, billing, audits, and compliance, allowing you to concentrate solely on client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based virtual therapy to a minimum of 25 clients weekly.

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
\n
• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy to facilitate client growth and healing.
\n
• Document treatment progress and client interactions meticulously in our EHR system to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

• Participate in case reviews and receive ongoing support from experienced colleagues within a collaborative environment.

• Stay abreast of industry developments and enhance your skills through continuing education opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve adult clients aged 18 and older, addressing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management. Your experience working with diverse populations will be invaluable in creating a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.
\n
• Must possess an active LICSW license to practice in the State of Massachusetts.

• A minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience is preferred.

• Strong therapeutic skills with specific knowledge in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and/or Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Professional malpractice insurance coverage is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community and men's mental health is a plus but not mandatory.

• Previous experience providing psychotherapy to individuals from minority and diverse backgrounds will be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n
