Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and couples therapy, ensuring to adapt approaches to meet the specific psychological and emotional needs of clients across various age demographics.

• Utilize an organized billing service that manages claims, client account receivables, eligibility checks, and payment plans, freeing therapists to focus on client care.

• Accurately complete and maintain timely clinical documentation for all therapy sessions, ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare regulations.

• Coordinate and schedule ongoing appointments with clients, maintaining an organized calendar to optimize the flow of appointments and manage caseload effectively.

• Demonstrate the capability to handle a broad spectrum of clinical presentations, providing tailored interventions that facilitate client advancement towards their therapeutic goals.

Compensation and Benefits\n
