Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver efficient clinical services to eligible children and families within the community, employing evidence-based treatment models and following best practice standards, including obtaining CANS certification within two months of hire.

• Engage in collaborative efforts with local schools, social service agencies, and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care, building team dynamics that leverage natural supports for families participating in the WISe program.
\n
• Empower clients by providing necessary resources, education, and support to enhance their autonomy and meet their essential needs.
\n
• Monitor assigned clients for Legal Risk Assessment (LRA) compliance, facilitating LRA extensions with the Crisis Response Team (CRT) and collaborating with all court-involved stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted care as appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role serves a diverse clientele ranging from children to families, including individuals experiencing homelessness and those facing socioeconomic barriers. Your work will help bridge gaps in access to mental health resources and address the multifaceted issues our clients present. You will utilize a trauma-informed approach to engage with clients respectfully and sensitively, ensuring that they feel understood and valued as we work together toward their health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required.

• Minimum of three years of experience in clinical social work, preferably in integrated behavioral health settings.

• Proficiency with Medicaid and Medicare systems, along with familiarity with private insurance plans and relevant billing practices.

• Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with individuals from various cultural backgrounds, treating all clients with sensitivity and respect.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with unhoused populations and a comprehensive understanding of the challenges they face and available resources.

• Specialized knowledge in integrating behavioral health assessment and treatment in primary care environments. Training will be provided for candidates lacking this experience.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, reflecting the importance of your expertise and commitment to our mission. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
