Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of clients, analyzing strengths, challenges, and motivators while addressing psychological aspects related to physical health issues, chronic illnesses, and substance dependencies.

• Diagnose and treat a range of mental health conditions, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, substance use disorders, ADHD, and eating disorders.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, crisis intervention, and group counseling to establish achievable goals tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Track patient progress through meticulous documentation of clinical data, ensuring all case notes are objective, concise, and relevant to the treatment process.

• Collaborate regularly with fellow healthcare professionals, sharing insights and strategies to enhance patient outcomes through a team-oriented approach.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development, contributing to the organization’s initiatives to enhance service quality and team effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be adult patients, many of whom are navigating complex mental health challenges. You will offer individualized care tailored to each patient’s distinct circumstances and history, fostering an environment where they can express their concerns openly and feel supported in their healing journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, along with a completed internship that meets professional requirements.

• A Washington State Licensure as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), with a minimum of 12 months of recent experience providing psychological services in an outpatient or consultative capacity.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from $52,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
