Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Provide individual and couple therapy services to clients from diverse backgrounds and varying age groups.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Utilize our billing service to manage claims, check insurance benefits, and set up payment plans for clients.

• Schedule ongoing appointments with clients, demonstrating effective calendar management to optimize your weekly schedule.

• Adapt your therapeutic approach to meet a range of clinical presentations, applying evidence-based practices to enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with adults, couples, and families facing a gamut of mental health challenges. This includes, but is not limited to, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your role as an LICSW is critical in helping clients navigate their emotional and psychological landscapes, facilitating growth and healing during their therapeutic journey.
