Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify their developmental needs and challenges.

• Actively participate in the creation and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) in collaboration with families and team members.
\n
• Monitor outcomes and progress, adjusting intervention strategies as needed to ensure the best possible results for the child.
\n
• Provide coaching and support to families, equipping them with skills and information to promote their child’s developmental achievements.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and adhere to Natural Learning Environment practices in all interactions with children and families.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations governing social work practices.
\n
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for both staff and clients, contributing positively to our organizational culture.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is young children, particularly those experiencing disabilities or developmental delays. You will provide early intervention support that encourages the development of essential physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills during critical formative years. Your work will directly contribute to empowering families and ensuring that children receive the support they need to thrive.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current LICSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver’s license is required for occasional travel to client locations as necessary.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle varied client caseloads efficiently.

• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, and team members.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
