Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments for assigned clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders via telehealth sessions.

• Develop, implement, and monitor integrated care plans that cater to the unique needs of each client, ensuring access to necessary services and support.

• Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, responding promptly to client emergencies and ensuring appropriate safety measures are in place.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, focusing on evidence-based practices that empower clients to achieve their personal goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in adherence to ethical guidelines and organizational standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
