Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to address the unique mental health conditions of each client.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gain insight into clients' backgrounds, strengths, and areas for development.
\n
• Develop and maintain personalized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Provide crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments and safety planning for clients when immediate support is required.
\n
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and local regulations by maintaining accurate, confidential clinical documentation.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, counselors, and healthcare providers to deliver coordinated care.
\n
• Actively advocate for clients by connecting them with appropriate community resources and support services.
\n
• Engage in regular case reviews and participate in ongoing staff training and continuing education opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves children, adolescents, and young adults facing complex social, developmental, and educational challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) strongly preferred, demonstrating foundational knowledge and skills in mental health practices.

• Active Washington state Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license required.

• A minimum of two years of experience as a mental health counselor, specifically within a Medical Social Work context.
\n
• Strong familiarity with clinical terminologies, methodologies, and therapeutic frameworks.

• Meticulous attention to detail, particularly in clinical charting and documentation.
\n
• Excellent organizational skills, including time management and calendar oversight to ensure timely patient follow-ups and documentation.

• Proficient in utilizing technology and software systems necessary for telehealth and clinical documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems, along with Microsoft and Google Suites, to handle patient data and schedules efficiently.

• Prior involvement in virtual therapy settings, demonstrating proficiency in engaging clients remotely while maintaining therapeutic rapport.

Compensation and Benefits\n
