Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients to determine their mental health and social service needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and interviews to gather comprehensive background information.

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services using recognized interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), creating a safe space for clients to explore and navigate their thoughts and emotions.

• Develop collaborative treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of each client, regularly revising these plans based on therapeutic progress, feedback, and evolving objectives.

• Advocate for client access to essential resources including healthcare services, social supports, and housing assistance, facilitating connections between clients and relevant organizations.

• Maintain meticulous records of assessments, treatment plans, and session notes while ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards, enhancing interprofessional collaboration.

• Participate in crisis intervention as necessary, demonstrating the ability to provide immediate support and stabilize clients during acute mental health episodes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from a regionally accredited university is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• Minimum of three years of relevant professional experience in providing psychotherapy services.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your expertise and dedication are valued with a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 annually.
