Key Responsibilities\n

• Document clinical findings and patient progress meticulously, adhering to departmental policies on record-keeping.

• Collaborate closely with the healthcare team to develop comprehensive treatment plans and discharge strategies based on thorough psychosocial assessments.

• Provide crisis intervention and counseling services for patients, including conducting assessments and addressing emotional, behavioral, and psychological issues.

• Engage family members and support systems in discussions regarding the client’s treatment, reinforcing support structures essential for successful outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve adults experiencing significant mental health challenges, many of whom face socioeconomic hurdles that complicate their access to care. Your expertise will assist in addressing a spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and trauma-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
