Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions to assess and support clients with emotional and psychological challenges using evidence-based practices tailored to their unique needs.

• Facilitate couples and family therapy sessions, guiding families through interpersonal challenges and fostering healthier communication.

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments for clients, which include evaluating mood, behavior, cognition, and reasoning skills.

• Develop and implement specialized training programs to enhance the skills of team members and support their professional growth.

• Collaborate closely with our TEAP (Employee Assistance Program) Specialist and the medical and wellness teams to provide integrated short-term counseling and comprehensive client care.

Qualifications\n

• A current Washington state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is mandatory.
