Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized mental health counseling to adolescents and young adults, utilizing evidence-based therapy practices.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to inform the development of personalized treatment plans that address each client's unique challenges.

• Implement a range of therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to effectively address mental health issues.

• Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring patient privacy and data security.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals such as psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers to deliver holistic care and address the multifaceted needs of our clients.

• Stay informed about advancements in mental health practices and adapt therapeutic approaches to ensure the best outcomes for patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on youth and young adults facing mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to behavioral disorders. You will work closely with patients to help them navigate their difficulties, empowering them to develop coping strategies and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work is required.
\n
• You must hold an active Washington state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Strong foundation in mental health counseling techniques with a focus on youth and young adult support.

• Proficiency in crisis intervention strategies and the ability to provide appropriate referrals when necessary.

• Knowledge of and adherence to HIPAA regulations and medical documentation protocols.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of direct experience working with youth and/or young adults in a clinical setting, particularly in managing mental health disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
