This role primarily operates in a hybrid work setting that embraces both remote work and in-person collaborative environments. As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, you will spend part of your time providing care via virtual platforms and part of your time at our Hospice Center, engaging directly with clients and their families. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual and in-person assessments of clients to determine their unique needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for a diverse array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief.

• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams consisting of medical staff, psychologists, and community resources to ensure comprehensive care and seamless service delivery.

• Maintain meticulous records of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment objectives to uphold clinical standards and meet regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on serving clients within the hospice and palliative care realms, where you will support individuals facing significant emotional challenges as they navigate end-of-life issues. You will also engage with family members, providing crucial support and counseling services that address their unique experiences and needs in this sensitive context.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Washington State.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from a regionally accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Serene Minds recognizes the dedication of our team members and offers a competitive annual salary range of $115,000 to $130,000.
