Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify client needs, presenting issues, and potential mental health diagnoses, utilizing standardized assessment tools.

• Develop customized treatment plans that detail specific therapeutic goals, interventions, and anticipated outcomes tailored to each individual or family.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other modalities relevant to client needs.

• Maintain precise and thorough clinical documentation in adherence to HIPAA regulations and Washington state laws, ensuring clarity and confidentiality.

• Provide culturally competent care, respecting and honoring the diverse identities of clients while effectively addressing systemic barriers to care.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training sessions, and supervision that bolster your clinical skills and knowledge.

• Collaborate with external service providers and community resources, developing a robust support network for clients in their recovery journey.

• Assist clients in navigating complex healthcare systems and advocate for their needs within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of our services is on individuals and families experiencing difficulties related to mental health, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, substance use issues, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
