Access Mind Counseling LLC is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our team in a fully remote, full-time capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality virtual therapy services to our clients, primarily focusing on adult care. The position requires a commitment to delivering excellent client care, as well as the ability to manage a caseload of at least 25 clients on a weekly basis.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for clients, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs and goals of each client, continually assessing progress.

• Deliver compassionate and culturally competent care to diverse populations, including adolescents and adults over the age of 18.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in continuous professional development and training, keeping abreast of the latest therapeutic techniques and methodologies.

• Collaborate with fellow professionals in a remote team environment to improve care delivery and patient outcomes.

• Handle administrative responsibilities such as documenting client interactions and participating in compliance audits, which are handled in-house by our dedicated support staff.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work primarily with adults aged 18 and older, providing therapy services that address various mental health issues, including trauma, depression, anxiety, and grief, particularly within the hospice context. Our practice is committed to inclusivity, and candidates with experience serving the LGBTQIA+ community or focusing on men's mental health needs are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Massachusetts.

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure experience in clinical counseling.

• Demonstrated ability to facilitate therapy sessions using CBT and/or Psychodynamic Therapy techniques.

• Possession of professional malpractice insurance to safeguard clinical practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience.
