Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, your daily activities will include:

• Conducting virtual assessments and evaluations to ascertain the mental health needs of clients through insightful dialogue and effective questioning techniques.

• Collaborating with clients to create tailored treatment plans that align with their unique goals, such as improving coping skills, enhancing relationships, or managing symptoms of anxiety and depression.

• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to foster personal growth and resilience.

• Coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive support and continuity of care.

• Maintaining detailed and up-to-date client records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and team training sessions to stay updated on the latest evidence-based practices in mental health counseling.

Many of our clients face socioeconomic challenges, so your work will often involve understanding and integrating social factors into their treatment plans. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A valid and current Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) credential in Washington state.

• A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in clinical social work or counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
