Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on students, often navigating issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and other mental health disorders that affect their academic performance and personal development. You will play a critical role in building resilience and providing coping strategies that facilitate their success both inside and outside the classroom.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid LICSW license in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, with a strong focus on school-based settings preferred.

• Deep understanding of various mental health diagnoses, treatment modalities, and applicable evidence-based practices.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for engaging effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

• Proficiency in using telehealth technologies and a strong ability to adapt to virtual service delivery.

• A compassionate client-care approach with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working within school systems or with a child and adolescent client population.

• Familiarity with IEP processes and the ability to collaborate with educational teams.

• Previous experience employing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic modalities that resonate with younger populations.

• Competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
