Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to gain a deep understanding of each patient’s unique circumstances and requirements.

• Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) tailored to meet the distinct needs of your clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of patient information.

• Engage in regular collaboration with our multidisciplinary treatment team to discuss case progress and enhance care delivery.

• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings to continually improve the quality of care and clinical practices.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and useful community resources.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health research and integrate new findings into your clinical practice to ensure the highest quality of services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The individuals you will be working with come from diverse backgrounds and face a variety of mental health challenges. Our patient population includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services is necessary.

• Demonstrated capability in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing effective treatment strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
