Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to fully understand each patient's unique circumstances.

• Collaborate directly with patients to develop individualized treatment plans, focusing on their specific needs, goals, and cultural considerations to enhance engagement and therapeutic effectiveness.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) in various formats, including individual, couple, family therapy, and group therapy sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention services and coordinate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care for patients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Offer psychoeducation to patients and their families, empowering them with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively manage mental health conditions.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive patient care and ensure a holistic approach to treatment.

• Conduct routine outcome assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of treatments and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans accordingly.

• Stay abreast of current research, best practices, and emerging trends in mental health, integrating this knowledge into clinical practice to enhance treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is required.

• Active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $84,000. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, professional experience, educational background, and skill set.
