Key Responsibilities\n

As a Clinical Social Worker at Mind Elevate Counseling Center, you will:

• Conduct thorough client assessments through interviews, gathering important social, personal, and health-related information to provide an accurate picture of each client's situation.

• Plan and coordinate comprehensive programs and activities that enhance clients' social and emotional wellbeing.

• Implement cognitive, affective, and behavioral health interventions, facilitating crisis resolutions and making appropriate referrals to local community resources to address broader issues.

• Build and maintain trusting therapeutic relationships founded on respect and acceptance, promoting a safe space for clients to share their experiences.

• Regularly assess the effectiveness of treatment interventions and adjust plans as necessary, ensuring that clients are receiving optimal care.

Your clients will primarily consist of school-aged children and their families, requiring a sensitive and adaptable approach to address the diverse and complex challenges they face. Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:
