Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver clinical interventions through individual, group, and family therapy while managing a diverse caseload of clients experiencing major mental illnesses.

• Conduct thorough assessments utilizing evidence-based screening instruments, and implement or arrange for additional evaluations when necessary.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop, monitor, and revise individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.

• Monitor client progress and outcomes, ensuring effective treatment services aligned with presenting problems and client requests.

• Participate in crisis intervention efforts to provide immediate support to clients in acute distress.

• Facilitate communication among clients, families, and various service providers to coordinate care effectively.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational requirements, ensuring timely submission of reports.

• Contribute actively to quality improvement initiatives and participate in relevant committees aimed at enhancing service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree in social work or a related field is highly preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of clinical experience working in mental health, particularly with populations affected by chronic mental illness and emotional disorders. Familiarity with evidence-based practices for treatment and recovery, as well as prior experience in community mental health, is strongly preferred. Experience in hospice settings is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
