Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans that address clients' specific mental health needs.

• Deliver a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to individuals, couples, and families.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering an annual compensation of USD 70,000 to 90,000 based on experience and caseload distribution.
