This position is fully remote, providing great flexibility for you to manage your work-life balance effectively. As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our rehabilitation center, you will engage with clients through telehealth platforms, utilizing state-of-the-art systems to deliver therapeutic services. The hours are structured for your convenience, with no evening or weekend commitments, allowing you to devote your weekdays to patient care. You will be closely mentored and supported by the Assistant Director, ensuring continuous professional development.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments with clients to establish their objectives and preferences, laying the groundwork for individualized rehabilitation programs.

• Design and implement personalized rehabilitation plans, taking into account each client's educational background, capabilities, and workforce aspirations.
\n
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of professionals, including doctors, occupational therapists, psychologists, and mental health specialists, to deliver comprehensive treatment tailored to each client’s unique requirements.

• Maintain thorough and accurate case notes for each client, documenting essential information such as personal data, insurance details, provided services, and therapeutic correspondence.
\n
• Monitor client progress diligently, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure achievement of therapeutic goals and objectives.
\n
• Engage regularly with clients during their involvement in job training, occupational placement initiatives, and other therapeutic activities, proactively addressing any challenges that may arise.

• Work collaboratively with clients' families to identify and implement solutions that best address the needs of the client and enhance support systems.

• Assess client needs continuously, preparing timely reports and making referrals to appropriate resources as needed.

In this role, you will support a diverse range of clients, primarily focusing on individuals facing mental health challenges, mood disorders, and rehabilitative needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marital and family therapy is required.

• Possession of a valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in New Jersey.
