Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, tailoring treatment plans based on individual evaluations.

• Maintain open communication with supervisors, team members, and family members regarding client progress and treatment goals.

• Facilitate home visits and observations to comprehensively assess client needs in their own environments.

Qualifications\n
