Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to design personalized treatment plans for clients, taking into consideration their unique circumstances and needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions with individuals, couples, families, and groups, focused on fostering positive mental health outcomes.

• Utilize a diverse array of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, adapted to fit clients' specific situations.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide integrated and holistic care to clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical records, ensuring adherence to ethical practices and legal regulations.

• Stay abreast of ongoing research and advancements in mental health by participating in workshops, continuing education, and professional development activities.

You will primarily work with a varied client population facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
