This position will be conducted entirely remotely, providing you with the flexibility to work from home while still actively engaging with our clients through various telehealth and in-office session options. The company assists counselors with non-clinical aspects, such as billing and scheduling, allowing you to focus entirely on delivering exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide psychotherapy to clients through telehealth, in-person appointments, or a hybrid model as suited to client needs.

• Keep accurate and timely electronic records of all client interactions, using our secured electronic documentation system in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
\n
• Collaborate with a dedicated coordinator for initial intakes to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients, as well as a billing specialist to manage pre-authorizations and credentialing tasks.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in clinical case review sessions and team meetings, sharing best practices, and providing feedback to enhance overall service delivery.

• Proactively build your caseload, actively aiming to see an additional 15–35 clients over time, in line with personal goals and practice growth.

In your role as an LPC, you will specialize in providing mental health support across various demographics, including adults, children, adolescents, geriatrics, couples, and military veterans. Qualifications\n

• An active and valid Professional Counselor License (LPC) is required.

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in psychological counseling or therapy is preferred.

• Proficiency in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and psychotherapy methodologies.

• Exceptional communication skills, both in verbal and written forms, along with a commitment to best practices in therapy.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems, particularly in a remote setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
