Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy: Facilitate dynamic group therapy sessions that encourage participants to share experiences and support one another in their recovery journeys.

• Individual Counseling: Provide personalized therapy sessions that focus on clients' unique emotional and psychological needs, utilizing empathetic listening and evidence-based methods.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to their specific challenges and aspirations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with young adults, aged 18 to 30, at our outpatient treatment center, specializing in evidence-based and holistic approaches to mental health care. This age group often faces unique challenges, such as transitions into adulthood, identity exploration, and mental health diagnoses. Your role will be crucial in helping them navigate these challenges and develop coping mechanisms for future success.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with adolescents and young adults in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
