Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting techniques as necessary to fit the situation.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to address a range of mental health concerns.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Connecticut.

Compensation and Benefits\n
