Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical social work services to clients suffering from major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, conducting assessments, counseling sessions, and treatment planning.

• Deliver personalized therapeutic interventions and develop integrated care plans that coordinate services among clients, families, and providers.

• Function as a collaborative team member, engaging in regular consultations with interdisciplinary staff to enhance patient care and improve treatment outcomes.
\n
• Ensure safety within clinical settings by identifying and reporting unsafe situations, adhering to professional ethical guidelines and the organizational code of conduct.
\n
• Monitor and document clients' progress, facilitating treatment plans that address presenting problems while ensuring timely completion of reports and data submissions.
\n
• Participate in crisis intervention efforts when necessary, providing support to clients during high-stress situations.
\n
• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings, followed by thorough assessments when warranted, to ensure appropriate intervention strategies are implemented.

• Maintain on-call coverage as assigned, addressing urgent client needs and coordinating care beyond typical service hours.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve clients in hospice care, dealing with complex emotional issues associated with terminal illnesses. Your work will be pivotal in helping these individuals navigate the complexities of their conditions while maintaining dignity and respect. You will also address the related emotional concerns of families, offering support and counseling to enhance their capacity to cope during this challenging time.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, along with relevant licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years’ professional experience in clinical social work, preferably in mental health or hospice settings.

• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport with a diverse client base, exhibiting empathy and adaptability in therapeutic contexts.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex information to clients and team members.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in Hospice care or with terminal illness clients.

• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
