This position also requires occasional evening and weekend hours to accommodate clients' schedules as they engage in their detox and mental health journeys.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, history, strengths, and needs.

• Administer individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused therapy.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other treatment professionals to develop and implement holistic, client-centered treatment plans.
\n
• Monitor clients' progress through regular follow-ups and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
\n
• Facilitate crisis interventions, including risk assessments and safety planning, to support clients facing acute challenges.
\n
• Record and maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Lead psychoeducation sessions and support groups aimed at empowering clients and their families to build skills for recovery and mental well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily engage with clients in a detox center environment, addressing a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and co-occurring substance use conditions. Your focus will be on providing personalized care tailored to the unique circumstances and recovery goals of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in mental health or outpatient settings, particularly with populations experiencing substance use issues.

• Solid understanding of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and a strong background in family systems and group dynamics.

Compensation and Benefits\n
