Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions via teletherapy, ensuring a safe, empathetic, and supportive environment for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans, coordinating effectively with other team members.
\n
• Utilize an external billing service to manage client accounts, insurance claims, and payment plans, allowing you to focus on therapeutic duties.

• Schedule ongoing appointments and manage an organized calendar to track client sessions and follow-ups.
\n
• Stay up to date with clinical best practices and participate actively in team meetings and peer consultations to enhance therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population, including individuals from various backgrounds facing challenges such as addiction, mental health disorders, and relationship issues. Our holistic approach to therapy emphasizes the importance of individualized care plans and the development of coping strategies tailored to each client's unique situation.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid LCSW license to practice independently in Virginia.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Demonstrated professionalism, cultural competency, and strong therapeutic boundaries are essential for success in this role.

• Must be able to commit to a full-time schedule and maintain at least 20-25 hours of client-facing appointments weekly, including availability for a minimum of two evenings per week.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with couples and utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities is highly valued.

• Experience in the addiction and detox treatment settings is advantageous but not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, with additional opportunities for sign-on bonuses. As a W2 employee, you will receive competitive compensation along with the following benefits:
