As a remote outpatient facility, our work setting is designed to provide flexibility and convenience for both our staff and clients. You will engage with clients primarily via telehealth platforms, combined with in-person services as required. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, strengths, and areas requiring attention.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that detail specific goals and therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Work collaboratively with a treatment team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support for clients.

• Facilitate crisis intervention, perform risk assessments, and create safety plans when clients are in acute distress.

• Keep precise, timely documentation in compliance with ethical regulations and legal standards while adhering to our clinic's policies.

• Lead and facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to help clients build community and understanding.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
