Wellness Path Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in providing exceptional remote outpatient mental health services. Work Environment\nThis position is fully remote, providing flexibility and convenience while maintaining a high standard of care in a supportive digital setting. You will engage regularly with clients through teletherapy sessions, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a coordinated approach to individual care. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate each client’s mental health concerns, strengths, and necessary resources. \n
- Provide high-quality individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused therapy. \n
- Collaborate closely with clients and their families to create customized, actionable treatment plans that outline specific goals and therapeutic interventions. \n
- Engage in regular case consultations with fellow team members to ensure comprehensive support and coordinated care for all clients. \n
- Facilitate crisis intervention as needed, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans tailored to clients' immediate needs. \n
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of all client interactions in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards. \n
- Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups focused on specific topics relevant to our client population. \n
Your role will primarily involve working with adults dealing with various mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, and stress-related conditions. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program. \n
- Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York. \n

- Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques and treatment modalities. \n
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to engage effectively with diverse client populations. \n
