Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and mental health evaluations to understand clients' unique situations and challenges.

• Provide individualized and group therapy using a variety of evidence-based treatment approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans with clear goals, regularly reviewing progress and adapting strategies as necessary.

• Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to coordinate comprehensive treatment for each client.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, offering psychoeducation classes that empower clients with tools to manage their mental health issues effectively.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, engaging in risk assessment and safety planning to support clients in acute distress.

• Ensure that all client documentation is precise, completed in a timely manner, and adheres to ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Senior Outpatient Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will work with a diverse range of clients, addressing a variety of mental health disorders including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and adjustment disorders. You will support individuals from different backgrounds, fostering resilience and promoting emotional well-being through tailored therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
