Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to identify patients' needs and barriers to treatment, ensuring a thorough understanding of their circumstances.

• Collaborate with the Social Work Manager to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that encompass both clinical intervention and community resources.

• Utilize various evidence-based therapy modalities, both individual and group, to facilitate progress and support patient autonomy in their healing journey.

• Document all social work activities and patient interactions in a timely manner in accordance with departmental protocols, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Provide education and resources to both patients and their families, empowering them to understand and engage in their treatment plans effectively.

• Engage in advocacy efforts, identifying community resources that support our patients’ needs, thus improving their overall social support systems.

• Maintain current knowledge of available community resources and integrate these into treatment plans as appropriate, thereby enhancing service delivery.

• Attend relevant training and professional development opportunities to refine therapy techniques and maintain licensure.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
