Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate your clients’ mental health needs while utilizing the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) for accurate diagnoses, if necessary.

• Regularly review and assess patient progress, utilizing various evidence-based intervention strategies tailored to each individual’s mental health diagnosis.

• Prepare and maintain accurate treatment records, clinical reports, and other required documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines and departmental protocols.

• Collaboratively develop comprehensive treatment plans by engaging with patients and their families, ensuring that cultural diversity and individual needs are adequately represented.

• Implement safety and symptom reduction strategies, actively participating in team environments to support each other in achieving healthcare goals.

• Facilitate referrals and coordinate care, acting as a vital link between clients and external treatment providers, thereby fostering trusting professional relationships.

• Provide mentorship and educational support to students, interns, and fellow professionals, promoting ongoing development and keeping abreast of current mental health practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation range for this position is between USD 90,000 and 105,000 annually, depending on your experience and qualifications.
