Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand individual client concerns, strengths, support systems, and resources for effective treatment planning.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to client needs.

• Implement treatment approaches including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and best practices.

• Develop customized treatment plans with measurable goals and interventions to facilitate client progress.

• Engage in regular case consultations with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to coordinate comprehensive and integrated care for clients.

• Respond to client crises with appropriate interventions, conducting risk assessments and formulating safety plans when required.

• Maintain meticulous records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines to track client progress and treatment efficacy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes to enhance community support and provide additional resource opportunities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
