In this role, you will play a critical role in enhancing the well-being of individuals and families facing complex challenges. Your expertise will help provide impactful therapeutic support to our communities in Arlington, Texas, focusing on issues such as neglect, child abuse, domestic violence, mental health disorders, and parental substance abuse. This remote position empowers you to make a difference while maintaining flexibility in your work schedule, typically from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' situations by gathering relevant information to inform treatment strategies and interventions.

• Provide therapeutic support to clients and families through effective communication and active listening, whether via phone or in person.

• Facilitate crisis intervention when necessary, employing compassionate and strategic methods to de-escalate situations.

• Develop individualized treatment plans and implement interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances and challenges.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and treatment progress, preparing comprehensive reports to track outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing training, supervision sessions, and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge pertinent to social work practices.

• Monitor and identify signs of child abuse and other critical issues in clients, ensuring timely and appropriate referrals to protective services.

• Make referrals to community resources and agencies to ensure clients receive comprehensive support beyond clinical services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals and families facing adversity due to mental health issues, domestic violence, and substance abuse. You will work closely with vulnerable populations, utilizing trauma-informed care practices to build rapport and trust. Understanding the socio-economic factors that impact mental health will allow you to deliver culturally sensitive and effective interventions that promote healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field is mandatory for this position.

• A valid and current license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• Demonstrated experience, ideally three years or more, in addressing a wide array of issues such as domestic violence, child welfare, and substance abuse.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with clients and respond appropriately to their emotional states.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and concisely.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, along with experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Revita Care Counseling Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include monthly productivity bonuses, generous paid time off (PTO), sick time, and dependent care accounts.
