Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Good Karma Counseling Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and coping strategies.

• Delivering individualized therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement client-centered treatment plans that address the specific needs and goals of each individual.

• Facilitating group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops that promote mental wellness and resilience among clients.

• Providing crisis intervention and risk assessments to ensure the safety and well-being of clients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintaining accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies.

• Engaging in continuous professional development through training programs and supervision to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on the latest industry practices.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
