Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will engage in various clinical activities, which will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that employ evidence-based and solution-focused therapeutic techniques.

• Administering therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring approaches to suit individual client needs.

• Maintaining detailed and accurate clinical documentation in alignment with HIPAA standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

• Working in collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide coordinated and effective care.

• Participating in case consultation meetings to enhance care quality and support continuous professional development.

• Providing psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mental health issues and treatment options.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

We offer a competitive salary ranging between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
